Bird Description
Very rare in Rio Grande Valley. Chunkier than INBU with broad-based dark bill and curved culmen. Ad ♂: dark blue with paler highlights on crown, cheek, elbow, and rump. ♀: uniformly richer buff-brown. A real skulker.
