Bird Description

Very rare in late fall or winter. Small but big-headed and stocky. From LEFL by short bill, gray head and vest contrasting with yellow-washed belly. Always focus on long primary projection. Bold eyering, overall structure, and tendency to flick wings and tail give kinglet-like feel. Call a 'pip.'
