Bird Description

Very rare Caribbean visitor to FL. Smallish with short wings and long narrow tail. Pale underparts, capped appearance, low evenly-domed head, and slow demeanor in lower vegetation, all give it a phoebe-like feel. Head disproportionately large and bill narrow but long. Extensive dark outer edges to tail feathers.
