Scarce visitor to s. FL, very rare further n. Found in dry areas, gardens, at feeders, and often with other blackbirds. Slimmer than BHCO with more pointed bill. Ad ♂: uniformly glossy blue/purple, greener on wings. ♀: similar to BHCO but browner with less contrasting throat and darker ear coverts. Concentrate on shape.
