Very rare. Similar to NAWA but smaller-headed and longer-tailed with exaggerated tail pumping. Pale gray with bold eyering and yellow patches on breast and undertail coverts. Rufous crown patch and yellow reduced or lacking on ?/imm. Prefers scrubby vegetation.
